Terms & refunds

Mariner Premium is a subscription service provided by Windham Yacht and Property Group LLC ("Windham Yacht Group"), South Carolina, USA.

What you get: worldwide tide predictions and hourly marine conditions (wind, waves, water and air temperature) delivered to the Mariner watch face on supported Garmin watches, for one subscription code. Each code may be used on a small number of your own watches (up to about 100 data updates a day).

Billing: $4.99 per month or $47.90 per year, plus any applicable sales tax, charged by Stripe when you subscribe and at the start of each renewal period until you cancel.

Cancelling: cancel anytime at Manage subscription. Your code keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds: if Mariner Premium isn't working for you, email support@windhamyachtgroup.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. Otherwise payments for periods already started are not refundable. The Mariner watch face itself is purchased through Garmin's Connect IQ store, and refunds for it follow Garmin's policy.

Not for navigation: all data is forecast and prediction data from third-party sources and may be wrong, late or unavailable. Do not rely on Mariner for navigation or safety decisions; use official charts, tide tables and forecasts.

Service: we may change data providers or features, and will tell subscribers before any price change. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll refund the unused part of any current subscription.

Liability: the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
